Arrived faster than expected. Green light is useful, though for people who need absolute dark to sleep, don’t plug it in next to you. Charges about 1 hr slower than my stock Samsung S4 charger, to reach 100%. Charges at least 1-2 hrs slower than my stock iPad 3.0 charger, again for a full charge.

I timed the charge so when my battery was down to 10%. This thing fully charged to 100% in 45 min. Pretty awesome stuff. (FYI – LG4 IS NOT Qualcomm Quick Charge compatible) My girlfriend has a Samsung Galaxy 4 – which IS Qualcomm Quick Charge compatible, so when her battery was down to 10%, this thing fully charged to 100% in 30 min. Amazing! Needless to say, I bought 1 more for her.

They charge to Quick Charge 3.0, but they are not as sturdy as the Anker 2.0 Quick Charge adapters. One of my fell on my carpeted floor, and whenever I plugged it in afterwards, sparks came out of it (no really it did), and I was in a Westin Hotel out of town. I bought this charger for my LG G4 which uses quick charge 2.0 and I found that my phone doesn’t always say quick charging when it’s plugged into it but most of the time it does I don’t know what causes it to randomly not be in quick charge when in the same charge period it is. the time to charge also seems to vary it is faster than a normal charger but after testing at multiple points it took the same time to charge once from 30% to full as it did from 55% when I viewed the time to fully charge. overall it works better than a standard wall charger but it seems to fluctuate on how much better.

Got this, as my device has QC 3.0 charging but unfortunately I don’t have a charger for my other place, this thing worked like a CHARM. Anker has AMAZING SUPPORT as well. Thank you SO MUCH! The charger definitely charges at Quick Charge 3.0 SPEEDS. Charges my phone in under an hour and a half. ITS BRILLIANT THANK YOU. One thing I don’t like though, is that it smudges QUITE Easily. Other than that, no complaints. Bought this for my brand new s7 coupe days old. This product did not charge my s7 any faster than the original samsung came included. With fast charge enabled, nothing happened (21minutes from 84 to 100) Product was listed as 3.0 compatiable with this phone, no cigars here. I tried using different cables from various manufacturers (some with different lengths). No luck. Pictures don’t lie, check out screenshot. I don’t know what else to say. UPDATE: Charger took 3 hours and 7 minutes to charge my phone. Sending in for refund. UPDATE: 10/14th/2016 – Anker emailed me and sent a replacement! WOW. i did not expect this to happen so quickly. the replacement works like a charm. props to you guys!!! WILL BUY FROM AGAIN!!!

TL;DR Anker sent me a replacement charger unit with same day delivery after my initial one wasn’t working. New unit works perfectly. Quick responses and excellent help from Anker. My first unit measured 2050 mAh charging but then suddenly falls to 0, also does not charge as I leave it overnight. Tried multiple cables (24awg & 28awg), powerbars, and outlets, then tested them on different chargers, isolating the problem with this charger. Now I consistently get 2050 mAh charging – (my phone doesn’t have quick charge 3.0, so that is the max current for my phone).

Cons – None! Pros – This thing charges my phone (LG G4) from 0% to 80% in about half an hour, and to 100% in under an hour. I took head of other reviewers before hand however and bought a good USB cable to use with this product, so mileage may very depending on the cable used.

Bought it a while back for my LG G4. Quick charge works amazing and this has never failed on me. Charge time has been same since time of purchase – about 1.5% – 2% a minute (Note that the LG G4 only supports quick charge 2.0, so the charger detects it and charges accordingly). However, it does slow down a lot when using your phone while charging, but most chargers do this anyway. With their smart technology, this is optimized to safely charge any phone at the highest speed possible. Highly recommend.

I was using it for my Google Pixel, which was rapidly charging for me, but today the charger started sparking when I used it with the Pixel and OEM cable. Charges any quick charge device at faster speeds than a regular charger, and even my non quick charge devices have seen improvement in charge speeds. Something weird is that I have to plug in the charger for a few seconds before plugging my phone in for it to start working. If i don’t the green light will pulsate which can be easily forgotten about and can leave your phone not charging. Update: I had contacted Anker because of the issue with the product and the support team helped me in a timely and orderly fashion.

Bought this to charge my Note 5 and Nexus Tablet 2013 with wireless charging. What I love about this product it barely gets hot! Compare it to the Samsung charger it is quite hot to the touch, it works perfectly with the Anker poerrpacks and while it does get slightly warm after many hours charging my 15000mah pack its light years of the heat from the Samsung charger. I have also had to contact Anker on a product issue the wireless charger to speak to someone from North America and someone that is knowledgeable is brilliant. No discount was given for this review. Great customer service! I bought a charger over a year ago and it recently failed but after calling Anker for my warranty and a 5 minute phone call the shipped a replacement to me at no cost in under 5 days. They checked up on me to see it was delivered and that I was satisfied with the entire experience. I highly recommend Anker products I have bought others recently because of my experience and the others products I bought over a year ago all still work perfectly very high quality. I’ve contacted Anker’s support email with the necessary details to claim warranty and they have sent me a replacement charger at no extra cost and did not have to send back the defective unit. Great product, however, would wait to see if it ever went on sale. The device itself is great providing consistent quick charging capabilities and has the added bonus of having a live outlet indicator. My only problem is that the hinge which moves the prongs in and out are a little loose making them hard to plug into anything in the dark or in hard to reach areas.

Due to the extreme weather we’ve been having recently, I’ve lost a few chargers. After playing with a few non QC chargers, I decided to pick up something that was so that I can top up easily and quickly. Although I only needed QC2.0 chargers, this one came in at a really attractive price vs other QC2.0 chargers on the market. In my experience, Anker devices are pretty solid vs most of the other chargers and power banks I’ve had. My only wish is that the plug would fold up into the charger, but that’s just nit picking.

pretty happy with this product, i plugged the usb-c cable that came with the go pro into this charger, it took 4 and half hours to charge up my go pro karma grip, which would take 6 hours with the standard wall charger. its not as fast as i thought, cause it only takes 2hours to charge up the karma grip with the supercharger from GoPro.

I have a LG G4, which I believe uses Quick Charge 2.0, and this charger works great with it. The phone states ‘ Quick Charging’ and the difference in speed is quite impressive. Given most phones that enable quick charging don’t actually come with a Quick Charger, this comes in handy also for other phones of visitors to my home. This doesn’t come with a cable, so you should make sure to use a quality cable ( I would suggest also from Anker, I like the longer 1.8m/6ft phones).

Was going to return it because I thought it came with two ports but I changed my mind because it was a really solid wall charger. Put it in the right way and it only takes up one plug on a wall. If I’m not using my Anker Powerport 4, I’m using this and honestly this is a great product, build quality is top notch, charges devices quickly for the fraction of the price, BUT in my opinion I wouldn’t get this, because ever since getting my Powerport 4 there really is no use for it and for about $10 more you get 2 extra ports, and it charges all your devices quickly even when an iPad is connected to it.

Update: I received appropriate customer service and the issue is resolved. Original: Bought this Anker wall brick to fast-charge my iPhone X on the Anker wireless pad. The whole system is very poorly designed. Stops charging after a few minutes (even when perfectly centred and on do not disturb to avoid any movement). Was so happy to get a wireless charger from Anker, however this product is a false advertisement and does not work for iPhone X.

The electrical prongs can be flipped 90 degrees to save space (I have North America standard) but if the connection inside gets loose then it might creat a fire hazard.. the performance is as good as QC 3.0 promissed. If it is on sale it would be a good deal otherwise it is pricy.

There is a compatibility issue with Spigen’s F303W qi charger. I emailed Spigen and they say it works with their own Quick Charge 3.0 charger. They also imply that this Anker charger may not be delivering steady power. I have ordered a couple of Spigen F207 Quick Charge 3.0 chargers and will see if they work.

I purchased this charger along with the 10ft lightening fast cable. It’s been sparking almost since I got it. I discontinued use because the green light kept going out and sparks were with every outlet. The cord now stopped working on all devices. I’ve contacted the company so hopefully I have a replacement or refund soon! Update! Customer services is AMAZING! Super easy to get my proof of purchase through amazon and my replacements will be at my home within 3-5 days! Let’s hope they work smoothly this time.

As always, this is a quality product from Anker. It’s too risky to buy a cheap quick charger, and too expensive to buy most brands. That’s why I love everything I’ve got from Anker. High quality and a decent price. If I could fault it on one thing, I’d say the green LED light feels a little outdated, but that is a minor asthetic quibble I can easily get over, for not having to pay almost double the price for, essentially, the same item.

Excellent charger! Its fast and I have had no issues with it thus far. The only thing that could be improved about this is that because it is vertical, it takes up extra space on any wall outlet with 2 plug points that are vertically on top of one another. This makes it so you need to use the bottom outlet. Not a major problem, but something to consider. Overall the charger works great and lives up to its fast billing.

The plug itself would have been fine if the designers didn’t choose a smooth and slippery surface. If this plug goes into any tight wall socket, good luck pulling it out since you can’t get a grip on it at all. It looks nice though… I was contacted by Anker regarding the design flaw and they offered amazing customer service. Love Anker stuff and their support. And this is a Quick Charge Charger! Make sure you use a cable that supports quick/rapid charging. And also, being a smart charger it takes a few seconds to change from standard charging to rapid charging on my Pixel XL. Also, if you are over a certain percentage of charge your phone wont accept Rapid charge either. but once I used a Quick charge cable I’ve had no issues.

Its one thing to replace a defective product, but electrical products really should have higher quality standards….

I bought this as an extra charger for my LG G6 so I could leave the other one at work, and it is great! I like that it has a light on it so you can tell whether or not it is getting power. And also it fast-charges just like the original charger 🙂

very best quality from anker, been consistent for every charge. and compatible wiith multiple devices. impressive. used on iphone se, 6, 8, ipad air, ipad mini, s7, s8, battery bank. i left it plugged in and feel safe doing it. it’s not generating too much heat comparing to my other quick charger from samsung

Another great quality product I bought from Anker. Charging speeds are good. Its not too bulky for me. Charges almost all types of devices at fast speeds (Phones/tablets/bluetooth speakers). No compatibility issues The build quality is also solid and strong. Good as travel charger.

The wall charger (along with their cable charger cords) is the best. Couldn’t believe how fast my devices charge up, especially an old tablet that I thought was ready for tablet heaven, but charged amazingly quick with these products. Unfortunately, the wall charger conked out within a year – probably a defective unit. However, I give Anker 10 stars for their superb service in replacing my unit (no questions asked) within a couple of days. I highly recommend this product. You won’t be disappointed, but I suggest the wall charger and the cable cord be purchased together to ensure a speedy charge of your devices.

It did its job charge things at a fast rate. With the price, I expected it to last for years, but a couple months after, it suddenly didn’t work anymore. Edit: As part of their great customer service, they contacted me soon after this and offered to send me a replacement. Let me tell you, this wall charger is great but it’s just the design that made me question it! If this issue is fixed then it would be a good product. I’m personally giving it 5 stars again because of the customer service

For some reason, whenever I use it to charge my Pixel 2 XL it occasionally fails to fully charge it overnight. And worse when paired with an iPhone 7 Plus, as I experience a negative charge (battery percentage started to decrease over time). Not sure what causes this, but it does work well probably more than 80% of the times I’ve used it in the past few months. Update: Anker sent me a replacement and the replacement has been working exceptionally well!

Perfect charger with my Sony Xperia XZ1 compact. Top up as fast as I need, also able to work with my phone software to adjust for overnight charging by not doing that too fast. Off one star of being too big as a single port charger.

Like a few others on here I had issues right out of the box where every time I connected it there would be sparks, snapping, buzzing and then arcing so I stopped using it to prevent burning my house down. I eventually decided to contact the company directly about it and I’m glad that I did. Their customer service was top notch. After my initial email I was promptly contacted and informed that it did indeed sound defective so after showing some proof of purchase and photos of the model etc they arranged to have a new one sent out to me. So far the new one works great and I haven’t had any issues, I just hope it stays that way.

I did not like qualify of material and glossy material very susceptible to fingerprints. Customer service is great though! Please read my reply below. — After returning charger, Anker support contacted me to understand more about why I did not like the product. I was really surprised about that, I did not expect that at all. After exchanging couple of emails, I was offered a different replacement product from Anker inventory, up to 20CDN. I picked up iPhone lightning cable and I am really happy quality of this cable. The best thing is that they really care about customer satisfaction and try to make things right! Kind regards, Konrad

was a great product when it worked. charged my phone battery quickly. unfortunately it stopped working after maybe 11/12 months. and this stayed plugged into the outlet by my bedstand, and didn’t move so it’s not like it got kicked around or had any rough treatment. fine product but beware, not long lasting. for that reason I wouldn’t recommend or repurchase for myself or as a gift.

I haven’t had a bad charger so I couldn’t tell you how much better this would be but I needed additional charger since I have several job sites; it charges just as fast if not faster than my OEM. Great build quality from Anker as always.
